The Principality notes with great regret the loss of Yasser Arafat and extends its sympathy to Palestine, its citizens, and to the members of his family in this loss.

It is hoped that from this tragic loss a new motivation for peace in the Middle East may emerge, with those responsible for continuing the campaign for peace and prosperity for all newly motivated by the examples of the past and the possibilities of the future.

The Principality offers any help to this process and to the peoples involved which it can provide, and wishes all concerned with this work the best of luck.
